Josie Cuffe-Fuller
I became Deputy Headteacher of Cann Bridge School in January 2026 and am proud to be part of a dedicated, inclusive community who are driven by clear values and high expectations.
Throughout my career, I have been motivated by the belief that every young person deserves the highest quality of education, personalised support, and the opportunity to lead fulfilling futures. Prior to joining Cann Bridge School, I was an Assistant Headteacher of a Special School in Manchester, where I led strategic improvements in teaching, learning, and outcomes. As a previous Head of Year, I also bring with me a wealth of experience in pastoral support and safeguarding, particularly in supporting the social, emotional and mental health of young people.
I am committed to using evidence-based practice to inform strategies, ensuring that every child feels safe, understood, and supported to succeed. As a collaborative, visible, and compassionate individual, I build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and other agencies to ensure that all children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
