We use a cloud-based school management information system (MIS) called Bromcom.
As part of this system, we are introducing the My Child at School (MCAS) app, which allows you to interact with key information we hold about your child from your own device. MCAS is available on both iOS and Android platforms.
What can MCAS do?
Using MCAS, you will be able to:
- Receive important school communications including texts, letters and newsletters
- Check and update the personal information we hold about you and your child
- Book parents' evening appointments
- (Coming soon) View school documents and your child’s EHCP reports
- (Coming soon) Manage dinner money and make all school payments
MCAS will become our central hub for all school communications, complementing our use of Evisense, which continues to showcase your child’s learning and progress.
How do I get access to the MCAS app?
You will receive an email from us containing your login details and a link to set your password. This will be sent to the email address we currently hold for you. If you haven’t received the email, we may have an outdated address on file—please contact the school office to update it.

Once your password is set, you will receive a confirmation email from MCAS confirming your account setup.
