Nadine Eveleigh

I joined Cann Bridge School in 2017 as an Administration Assistant, providing support to both the school office and reception. Over the years, I have also served as the Fundraising Lead and HR Assistant. I am now the HR & Office Manager, where I continue to support staff across the school and contribute to the seamless operation of school activities.

Roles, Responsibilities, and Strategic Oversight:

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the school office and administration team, ensuring that systems and processes remain organised, effective, and continually improved.

  • Lead all aspects of staff personnel management, including recruitment, payroll, performance tracking, absence management, and promoting employee wellbeing.

  • Serve as the school’s primary GDPR contact, managing data protection, compliance, and legal processes.

  • Manage staff CPD records and training in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring compliance with educational standards.

  • Contribute to school communications, providing regular reports to Governors and supporting strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to support and enhance wider school operations.
